Our 30-day Spring and Summer bootcamps are a highly effective way of getting fit, losing weight and most of all, having fun!

The one-hour sessions are held three times a week at 6am, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in Dukes Meadows, by the River in Chiswick. There's plenty of parking.
