Mary works with senior clients to help them not only get more mobile, but to regain confidence they've lost through inactivity, or immobility.

Some people have been in sedentary jobs all their working lives, but with Mary's gentle approach, find themselves able to achieve a greater strength and flexibility that means they are less likely to suffer falls or have accidents, can be more independent, and find a new lease of life.

Older clients who were once unable to get out of their armchairs unassisted, or reach for a can from the top supermarket shelf, now find they have regained a level of fitness and flexibility and strength they thought had disappeared for ever.

Mary also works with those with existing health problems or who are recovering from operations or even strokes.

With a combination of individually-tailored aerobic, stretching exercises and strength training just a few times a week, you will help you dramatically improve your health and mobility, and boosting your energy levels.

We are all living longer, and Mary aims to work with you to get you fitter than you've been for years, and enjoying every moment of your life.

The importance of the client/trainer partnership is that each client is unique and therefore each session is bespoke. That's the secret to getting the right exercise regime and nutrition advice for my regular clients.
