Mary is an expert in the use of all the machines and gym equipment, including free weights, cardio and resistance machines.
She will teach you how to use them all safely and effectively, and help you work out a programme so you can do it on your own too.
She usually operates out of the ultra-modern and brilliantly-equipped New Chiswick Pool gym, but if you are a member of another gym, most will allow her to train you there.
